Course: Introduction to SUP

SSF has bought SUP boards. If our members would like to use these, there will first be an introduction course. When you sign up here, you will receive an invoice of 300 NOK, and this has to be paid two days before the course starts. Our instructor will go through basic paddling technique and safety. The course does not give a certificate.

Please note that this course is for our members, and a requirement for membership is still the wet card basic course for kayak paddling. SUP will be an additional bonus activity.
